My name is Brandon!

I am from Grand Haven, Michigan.

I just got my technician class license on 07-13-2026 and upgraded to a general class on 10-10-26.

I first found interest in radio with CB and GMRS radios and soon after joining the West Michigan GMRS Union, I knew I needed to get into ham radio. Several of the guys in the GMRS club are amateurs themselves and they really pushed me into the hobby.

My main rig is the Radioddity QT60PRO (shown above) for 10-12 meter, and I use the BTech UV 50 Pro for VHF and UHF. 

My most recent avenue in amateur radio is FT8. I bought a used signalink and hooked it up to my QT60Pro and have been LOVING it!

My other hobbies include, camping, biking, and working on and riding my UTV.
